About Me
Like many of you I am a brewer. Nothing quite gets my heart pumping like extracting sugars. But it’s damn inspiring to know that the changes we make within our industry can have a real impact in the battle against climate change, and so I have refocused my efforts to help breweries become more sustainable.
I’ve held lead brewer positions at Small Beer Brew Co. in Bermondsey (London’s 1st B-Corp), and at 40FT Brewery in Dalston. I have first hand experience with a wide array of operational requirements within craft beer.
I have also completed Module 1 & 3 of the IBD’s Diploma in Brewing.
As part of my refocusing I have trained with Colorado University Denver, learning the practicalities and the business case for sustainable development.
What I can offer you is grounded advice that is based in both the science of our craft as well as robust considerations for your business.
